Salary: $111,639- $120,057 (Plus 12.5% Super)

About the Role:
Canberra Health Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our team as a Senior Speech Pathologist (HP3), providing comprehensive acute services to adults with communication and swallowing disorders across North Canberra Hospital and Clare Holland House.
In this role, you will deliver advanced assessment and intervention for patients with complex clinical presentations, applying evidence-based practice, high-level clinical reasoning, and independent professional judgement. You will manage complex and high-risk cases, contribute to multidisciplinary care, and build effective partnerships with consumers, carers, and key stakeholders to support safe, coordinated, and high-quality healthcare delivery.

As a senior clinician, you will provide clinical leadership through staff supervision, mentoring, and student education, while contributing to service development, quality improvement, research, and strategic initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and strengthen workforce capability.
