Senior Sponsorship Sales Executive – B2B Events

Location: South Wales/Bristol – Hybrid
Salary: £35k - £45k + Uncapped Commission (£75k OTE year 1)

Ark Recruitment are excited to be working with a fast-growing, multi-award-winning B2B events business delivering high-level executive events across the UK and internationally.

Our client creates premium, intimate events that bring together senior decision makers and leading solution providers from some of the world's biggest organisations. With an established portfolio, strong reputation and ambitious international growth plans, the business is continuing to expand across Europe, the Middle East and North America.

They are now looking for an experienced Senior Sponsorship Sales Executive to join their commercial team and drive sponsorship revenue across their growing international event portfolio.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established B2B sponsorship sales professional looking for a role offering significant earning potential, autonomy and international exposure.

You'll take ownership of both new and existing sponsor relationships, selling tailored sponsorship opportunities across a portfolio of premium, senior-level events.

With an established client base and multiple events throughout the year, there is significant scope to grow existing accounts, win new business and cross-sell clients across the wider portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sponsorship sales process, from prospecting and outreach through to pitching, negotiation and closing.
  • Sell tailored sponsorship packages across a portfolio of intimate, senior-level B2B events.
  • Drive new business by developing relationships with leading solution providers and global organisations.
  • Manage, retain and grow an existing portfolio of sponsor accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell clients across multiple events, products and international markets.
  • Develop long-term strategic sponsor partnerships and maximise account value.
  • Build and maintain a strong commercial pipeline across multiple event cycles.
  • Engage confidently with senior decision-makers, understanding their commercial objectives and presenting relevant sponsorship solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent sponsor experience and maximise repeat business.
  • Consistently deliver against ambitious but achievable sponsorship revenue targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
