You’ll be joining our Stockport Head office, a vibrant hub featuring 18 showrooms, a dedicated Conference Centre and a staff Wellness Hub. You’ll have access to a state-of-the-art gym equipped with Peloton bikes and every piece of kit you could imagine. Plus, an indoor astroturf pitch, a padel court, chat boxes and inspiring creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees, working across, Brand Marketing, Commercial and Business support functions.

What You’ll Do

The difference you will make:

As Senior Manager, Sports Marketing you will lead our UK partnerships with Olympic and Paralympic partners Team GB and ParalympicsGB, alongside a portfolio of world-class athletes. You’ll work with our global product teams to deliver Games time kit, from initial kit design right through to when the athletes collect their kit and head to the Games. Using your excellent relationship building skills, you’ll identify, sign and manage a portfolio of athletes and work alongside the UK Brand team to deliver campaigns and activations that shape how we show up at Games time and beyond.

A Day In The Life

  • Lead our partnerships with Team GB, ParalympicsGB, athletes, agents and key stakeholders
  • Supported by a Sports Marketing Specialist, you’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of Games kit programmes ensuring athletes and teams receive best-in-class product
  • Build, manage and activate a portfolio of Olympic and Paralympic athletes, identifying opportunities to drive brand impact and storytelling
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders spanning Global Product and Sports Marketing, Brand Communications, Legal, Go-To-Market, Finance and Sales to maximise brand and business opportunities
  • Execute our plans at Games time, delivering partner requirements, athlete servicing, activation programmes and operational excellence on the world stage

  • Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
