Job Description
The role will be responsible for developing, defining, and tracking the SRM Trade Terms Strategy at EU level across the region. This means leading cross-country projects, working together with local and regional sales teams to optimize trade productivity and create strategies to drive net sales and gross profit growth through better trade terms harmonization.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Trade Terms Strategy: Analyse contract conditions across key EU accounts and countries to design a new Pay-for-Performance (P4P) framework.
- Trade Optimization: Led trade simplification and harmonization projects to improve productivity and focus on tradable trade.
- SRM Expertise: Leveraged comprehensive SRM capability (pricing, promo, mix, terms) and sales experience to translate brand plans into deployable customer solutions.
- Regional Project Leadership: Coordinated regional trade strategy initiatives and served as the single point of contact for EU trade terms governance.
- International Negotiations: Partnered with European customer teams on international negotiations, representing the F&N segment.

What do we require from you?
- Experience of sales within blue chip FMCG, including NAM/KAM/CDM experience. Track record of results.
- Experience in International Customer negotiations, buying and retail alliances and ways of working at regional level.
- Track record in developing & selling to the customer tailored plans & strategies, and sales and category solutions that deliver profitable growth.
- Experience & proven track record and demonstratable results of SRM disciplines (most notably trade spend revenue management).
