Job Description:
Responsibilities
Customer Delivery
- Lead end to end solution development for multiple high-stakes customer deployments; manage technical strategy, design quality, and roadmaps for Agentic AI rollouts at enterprise scale.
- Primary technical point of contact from integration design through to post-deployment optimisation.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into structured engineering plans with clear milestones and success criteria.
- Customise and extend platform components—APIs, tooling, and bespoke logic.
Architecture & Standards
- Architect robust, scalable, and compliant Agentic AI solutions across industries.
- Lead multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and LLM/SLM integration design.
- Champion observability, telemetry, and auditable AI standards.
- Build and maintain reusable frameworks and asset libraries.

Team & Product
- Help build and guide cross-functional Forward Deployed Engineering teams; coach senior/junior engineers, and cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Provide structured product feedback to Platform Engineering on feature gaps and pain points.
- Contribute to playbooks, best practices, and technical blog posts.
Qualifications
Required
- 8–12+ years engineering experience; 3+ years in customer-facing or FDE roles.
- Proven track record deploying AI/ML or data-intensive applications in production.
- Strong full-stack skills: Python, Node.js/Go, React/Vue, SQL, REST/GraphQL.
- DevOps proficiency: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and major cloud platforms.
- Expertise in LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Vector DBs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic orchestration frameworks.
- Agentic / Integrations: MCP, Salesforce/SAP/Other.
- Excellent communication with both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Mentorship capability and collaborative team-first mindset.
- BS / MS / PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

Preferred
- SLM fine-tuning and/or distillation experience.
- Hands-on with dedicated Agentic AI platforms (e.g. Agentforce, Copilot Studio).
- Knowledge of AI compliance requirements: GDPR, EU AI Act, SOC 2, HIPAA.
- Open-source or research contributions to LangChain, RAG, or Knowledge Graph communities.
