An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team within Campbeltown Hospital as a Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse.
We are looking for a dedicated nurse who is committed to providing high-quality person-centred care and is ready for the challenges and opportunities that come with working in a remote and rural setting. The successful candidate will be flexible in their approach, a good team player, have excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to develop their leadership and management skills.

The Senior Staff Nurse is required to undertake clinical and managerial duties as the workload requires and will deputise for the Senior Charge Nurse in their absence and support and supervise junior staff and students on placement.
Kintyre affords great opportunities for excellent work/life balance. Outdoor pursuits are readily available and there are great walking, cycling and surfing conditions on the doorstep. The islands of Islay, Gigha, Arran and Jura are easily accessible.

This is a permanent full-time post of 36 hours working as per service requirements.
