Exciting Development Opportunity for Neonatal Nurses
This is an exciting development opportunity for neonatal nurses with a passion for family integrated care and service improvement.
About the Role
The Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse role at UHNM will provide opportunities to develop specialised clinical and managerial skills to support babies and their families throughout their neonatal journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate practical and theoretical knowledge, competence and skills to support babies, families and staff within the NICU
- Contribute towards developing a culture of learning and innovation, which supports service improvement & education.
- Plan and manage competing demands of the job role, using prioritisation and delegation skills, whilst promoting the ethos of 'team-working' to provide a high quality and responsive service.
