About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Staff Nurse who is dynamic and forward-thinking and has 2 years of experience of working in an Oncology/Haematology environment.
We are looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to join our team in ward 201 at The Cancer Centre.
Key Requirements
- You must have a passion for oncology and haematology and be able to demonstrate good knowledge of Oncological and Haematological emergencies.
- The possession of the SACT passport is essential.
- The ideal candidate will have considerable clinical skills and be enthusiastic to develop their knowledge further to ensure a high standard of care is given to every patient in our care.
- You must be familiar with the UKONS triage tool.
- Good understanding of effective patient flow with other emergency portals within the Trust.
- You will need to have excellent organisational skills and experience of leadership.
