Job Description
You will independently own key product areas, raising the bar for visual and interaction design in a professional-grade creative tool. Working hand-in-hand with engineers, you'll prototype ideas using code and AI-assisted tools to ship features that feel effortless for power users. This is a high-craft role for designers obsessed with granular detail.

What You Will Do
- Lead design projects from initial research and conceptualization through to launch and iterative improvements for global creative teams.
- Create high-fidelity interfaces with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the tool meets the rigorous standards of professional power users.
- Collaborate deeply with engineering teams by prototyping concepts using code and AI tools to ensure seamless, high-quality feature implementation.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses substantial experience in product design at a senior or staff level, with a proven history of owning complex projects.
- Demonstrates an exceptional eye for visual craft and a balanced mastery of both UX and UI design principles.
- Comfortable working at the intersection of design and engineering, including the ability to leverage code or AI tools for prototyping.
