Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on, skilled Senior Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to lead on the installation of complex or high-profile displays in the UK and abroad. You will be responsible for large scale, multi-stand projects including full preparation, logistics, quality assurance, and client liaison.

What You’ll Do:
- Actively support management team by contributing to planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Preparing all elements of an install ahead of build, including loading and unloading vans.
- Ensure that all paperwork and processes are completed accurately.
- Contribute to decision-making on-site and in warehouse
- Act as a primary source of Technical Knowledge for the team
- Provide solutions to complex problems and suggest innovative solutions
- Mentor, coach, and upskill our T1 and T2 Technicians
- Promote cross-department collaboration and communication
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as required, applying skills and expertise where needed

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent company professionally to clients and venue staff
- Identify and highlight potential risks or opportunities on site
- Ensure technicians follow correct warehouse processes and maintain smooth workflow.
- Ensure van loading is accurate and items returning from Rips are packed and labelled correctly, so that equipment is complete, organised, and ready for future use.
