R&D Partners is seeking a Senior Statistician to join a leading biometrics consultancy specializing in providing high-quality statistical support to global pharmaceutical and biotech companies. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse clinical development programs and studies, contributing to the delivery of expert consulting services in a collaborative and quality-focused environment.
This role is based anywhere in the UK.

Responsibilities:
- Provide biostatistical leadership and support for client clinical development programs and studies.
- Act as the primary statistical representative on assigned clinical trials.
- Review and oversee quality control of SDTM datasets and associated deliverables, ensuring compliance with CDISC standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Statistical Programming, Data Management, Clinical Operations, and Regulatory, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of statistical outputs.
- Support the interpretation and communication of study results to stakeholders.
- Ensure all statistical deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and timeline expectations.
- Communicate statistical concepts, analyses, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to study design discussions, protocol development, and statistical methodology as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:
- PhD or MSc in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Statistician in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
- At least 5 years of experience with CDISC standards.
- Previous experience working on GI studies is advantageous.
- Strong statistical knowledge, including binary and continuous data analysis and handling missing data.
- Experience in cross-functional clinical trial settings.
- Proficiency in authoring and reviewing SAPs and TLF shells.
- Strong programming skills in SAS; experience with R is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
