Join MAC Clinical Research, a leading full-service global CRO, and be part of a team that’s shaping the future of clinical trials. We work across a wide range of therapeutic areas, delivering high-quality research that makes a real difference to human health.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Biostatistician to take a leading role in our growing Biostatistics team. You’ll work alongside experts across disciplines, providing statistical leadership, guiding high-impact projects, and mentoring colleagues.

If you’re passionate about clinical research, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want to make a tangible impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Act as Lead Statistician across multiple studies, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee statistical planning, analysis, and documentation (SAPs, Tables/Figures/Listings, Randomisation Specs, Reports).
  • Provide statistical input to protocols, study designs, sample size calculations, and CSRs.
  • Lead complex statistical analyses, including PK data analysis.
  • Contribute to bid defences, client meetings, and departmental process improvements.
  • Mentor and support the development of junior team members.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
