About RIXO

A rail of vintage dresses. A London flat. Two best friends who wanted to build the brand they couldn't find. That was 2015. Today, RIXO is six stores across London, New York, and Ireland, known for original hand-painted prints, bias-cut silhouettes, and sizing up to a UK 26. We design for every woman, every occasion, every body. The pieces are meant to be worn, loved, and kept.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Senior Stockroom Assistant to join the team at our Kings Road, Flagship Store. You’ll be working behind the scenes to make sure the store is running like clockwork, supporting our sales team to deliver amazing service to our customers.

You’ll be organising incoming deliveries, running regular reporting but most importantly making sure our wonderful customers have a seamless and positive in-store experience. In a fast-paced role, you’ll greet the day-to-day challenges with enthusiasm and maintain a positive attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the smooth and accurate receipt of all deliveries, including unpacking, sorting, labelling, scanning, and stock storage, ensuring company standards are consistently maintained.
  • Monitor and manage stock transfers between stores to maintain an accurate stock file and support efficient stock flow across the business.
  • Maintain exceptional stockroom standards, ensuring the back-of-house environment is organised, efficient, and presentation-ready always.
  • Conduct detailed quality control checks on inbound deliveries, ensuring all products meet brand standards before reaching the shop floor.
  • Support the sales team by ensuring timely replenishment of stock to the shop floor and responding efficiently to fitting room and client requests during peak trading periods.
  • Carry out stock counts and cycle count with a high level of accuracy, promptly investigating and reporting discrepancies, low stock levels, and operational concerns.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and Store Stock Controller to identify opportunities to optimise stock processes and improve operational efficiency within the flagship store.
  • Ensure all products are correctly ticketed, prepared, and presentation-ready to uphold the luxury customer experience.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with the wider store team to support both operational and sales objectives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating strong product knowledge and professionalism while supporting the customer journey behind the scenes.
  • Support with operational priorities during busy trading periods, launches, and seasonal deliveries.
  • Maintain flexibility to support late trading hours, weekends, and peak retail periods as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
