Senior Stores Person
Location: Marlow
Pay Rate: £32,000 - £34,000 + 5% Bonus
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm, 12:30pm finish on Friday)
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Stores Person to join a leading aerospace manufacturing environment on a permanent basis, supporting the accurate and timely dispatch of customer orders worldwide.
The role of Senior Stores Person will include:
- Coordinating daily dispatch activities to ensure products are shipped accurately, safely, and on time.
- Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate shipping information within the ERP system.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for post-order customer communications, providing delivery updates and shipment tracking information.
- Preparing and verifying dispatch documentation including dispatch notes, commercial invoices, waybills, Certificates of Conformity (CoC), Certificates of Origin (CoO), ATR certificates, and customer-specific documentation.
- Liaising with Trade Compliance, freight providers, and couriers to ensure successful domestic and international shipments.
- Managing customer-specific packaging, labelling, and shipping requirements.
- Maintaining accurate dispatch records and supporting document traceability requirements.
- Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor with workload planning and prioritisation activities.

The Senior Stores Person should have the following experience:
- Previous experience within a dispatch, logistics, customer service, administration, or manufacturing support role.
- Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of production processes, operational metrics, and continuous improvement principles.
- Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience within aerospace, defence, or a highly regulated manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate UK Security Clearance.
