Are you an experienced Subject Matter Expert looking to shape how critical Command and Control solutions are designed and delivered for the Public Safety Group?
Do you enjoy working closely with customers to deliver solutions that support operational outcomes and help emergency services organisations perform at their best?
We are looking for a Senior STORM Client Solutions Consultant to join our Client Solutions team within the Public Safety Group (PSG).
In this role, you will lead the design, implementation and support of STORM solutions for customers across the UK and internationally. Working alongside a highly skilled team of consultants, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximise the value of their solutions while ensuring they meet operational and business requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity to influence solution strategy, support complex customer environments and contribute to the ongoing success and development of a widely used Command and Control platform.

This is a home-based role with occasional travel to customer sites in the UK and internationally.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the implementation and support of STORM Command and Control solutions, ensuring alignment with customer operational requirements and business outcomes.
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for the STORM product suite, providing consultancy, solution design and architectural guidance across complex environments.
- Producing high-quality solution documentation and supporting solution design activities, including assessment, sizing, integration analysis and roadmap planning.
- Supporting pre-sales engagements through customer workshops, demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Managing complex technical issues and escalations, taking ownership to drive resolution and maintain service quality.
- Building strong customer relationships while mentoring colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement across the Client Solutions team.

What you'll bring:
- Significant experience working with Command and Control systems within an Emergency Services environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of the STORM product suite across business, functional and technical areas.
- Experience supporting, implementing and configuring complex IT solutions within customer environments.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into practical and effective solution designs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience managing complex incidents and technical challenges.
- Good understanding of networking, databases, middleware, integration technologies and infrastructure environments.
It would be great if you had:
- Experience contributing to pre-sales activities including customer workshops and solution demonstrations.
- Knowledge of system integration and working with third-party systems and interfaces.
- Experience working within multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
- Experience providing consultancy and guidance to customers and stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues.
- Exposure to solution architecture or technical design activities.

Employment Type:
Full-time, Permanent.
Location:
UK home based, with occasional travel to customer sites in the UK and internationally.
Security Clearance Level:
Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Level 3 clearance or the ability to obtain it.

Salary:
Up to £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Benefits:
£5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and a 3% flexible benefits fund.
