Napster, the AI company democratizing access to expertise through embodied, multimodal agents.
Department: Strategic Alliances
Reports To: SVP, Strategic Alliances
Location: Europe or UK
Role Overview
The Senior Strategic Alliance Manager is the primary commercial and operational owner for large-scale B2B2C distribution partnerships, with a dedicated focus on telecommunications carriers, digital service providers, loyalty, and major consumer platforms. This role bridges executive deal origination and post-launch scale. You will own end-to-end partner governance, orchestrate technical delivery handoffs into centralized engineering sprints, and drive joint go-to-market execution across international markets. As our portfolio scales, this role establishes the foundational blueprint for regional operating models across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC.
Core Responsibilities
Commercial Governance & Partner Leadership
- End-to-End Account Ownership: Act as the primary commercial and operational interface for tier-1 telecommunications carriers and ecosystem distribution partners following initial contract execution.
- Executive Cadence: Establish and lead joint steering committees, recurring commercial check-ins, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with senior counterparts.
- Commercial Protection & Growth: Monitor contract milestones, SLA adherence, and partner obligations. Identify contract expansion opportunities, renewal pathways, and new product distribution lanes within existing carrier accounts.
Technical Delivery Interface & Operations
- Work with technical teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of contract requirements.
- Own the structured commercial-to-technical handoff, translating contract commitments into clear scopes of work.
- Handle operational processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
