Senior Strategic Data Partnership Development Manager

London | Hybrid

We're working with a leading digital advertising and media technology business looking to hire a Senior Strategic Data Partnership Development Manager to expand and strengthen its network of data, identity, measurement and technology partners across Europe.

This is a hands-on, market-facing partnership development role for someone who has worked directly with data partners in a comparable AdTech, media or technology environment.

The successful individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new data and technology partnerships, building relationships with prospective partners, assessing their capabilities and commercial value, and leading opportunities from initial engagement through negotiation, contracting and launch.

The partnerships developed through this role will play an important role in enhancing the company's AdTech proposition and creating value across advertisers, clients, sales teams and publisher partners.

This is not primarily an account management role. The emphasis is on new partner acquisition, commercial deal-making and expanding the company's external data and technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, source and engage with prospective data, identity, measurement and advertising technology partners across Europe.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new partnership opportunities aligned to product and commercial priorities.
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across the data and AdTech ecosystem.
  • Work closely with product, sales, commercial and publisher teams to understand market needs and identify external data and technology capabilities that can enhance the proposition and create new commercial opportunities.
  • Evaluate potential partners, data assets and technologies to assess their strategic, commercial and technical value.
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations and contracting processes from initial engagement through to completed agreement.
  • Work with legal, privacy, product and technical teams to ensure partnerships are commercially viable, compliant and operationally deliverable.
  • Develop business cases, commercial models and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Identify emerging technologies, data sources and market developments that could create new partnership or product opportunities.
  • Support the onboarding and launch of new partnerships and help ensure they deliver against agreed objectives.
  • Maintain and develop key strategic relationships, identifying opportunities to deepen and expand partnerships over time.
  • Share market intelligence, partner insight and emerging trends with internal teams.
  • Help develop partnership processes and frameworks that support scalable, long-term growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
