The Role / Impact

You will step into a pivotal position as the key finance partner to the UK go-to-market (GTM) organisation, working closely with UK and global leaders to guide commercial decision-making. By bringing financial rigour and commercial judgement to choices surrounding growth, investment, and execution, you will lead planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and scenario modelling across the region. This is an opportunity to operate close to revenue teams, navigate ambiguity, and directly turn deep analysis into strategic action.

Your impact will be felt through the clarity you bring to performance and the robust frameworks you build to evaluate trade-offs with confidence. You will help the UK leadership team make better, faster, and more commercially grounded decisions by challenging assumptions and surfacing risks early. Over time, you will become a trusted finance partner and a vital contributor to how resources are prioritised to deliver maximum value.

The Team / How They Connect

You will join the Strategic Finance team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Finance for the UK and International Markets. The team acts as a collaborative bridge between regional GTM execution and global finance, working collectively to translate commercial priorities into clear financial plans. Together, you will build strong relationships across the wider business to ensure investment remains closely aligned with global strategic goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
