NEW EXCLUSIVE CLIENT SIDE ROLE | STRATEGIC HEALTHCARE ARCHITECT £60,000 - £90,000 | LONDON

I’m excited to be working with a specialist healthcare estates and design consultancy who are looking to appoint an experienced Strategic Healthcare Architect to join their London team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working at a strategic and client-facing level, helping healthcare organisations shape their future estates, services and development programmes.

The Role
You’ll work closely with NHS Trusts, healthcare organisations and senior stakeholders, providing strategic advice across estate strategy, healthcare transformation and master planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading strategic estate planning for NHS Trusts and healthcare organisations
  • Developing estate strategies, master plans and development programmes
  • Working with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders
  • Leading workshops, visioning sessions and stakeholder engagement
  • Acting as a trusted advisor across healthcare estates and strategic development
  • Identifying opportunities and supporting project roadmaps and investment plans
  • Leading early-stage healthcare master planning commissions
  • Contributing to business development and proposals

About You

  • Qualified Architect - RIBA Part III or equivalent
  • 10-15+ years’ experience within healthcare architecture, planning or strategic advisory
  • Strong understanding of NHS estate strategy and healthcare transformation
  • Proven experience in healthcare estate strategy and strategic master planning
  • Comfortable working with executive and clinical stakeholders

Desirable: Experience supporting NHS Trust Boards/Executive Teams and involvement in large-scale healthcare transformation programmes.

  • Location: London
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 8am-5pm (hybrid working)
  • Holiday: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
  • Salary: £60,000 - £90,000
