About the Role

Under the leadership of a new Group Marketing Officer, the Business Development & Marketing function is being reshaped around a modern growth engine model that brings together Business Development, Marketing Strategy, Brand, Content, Digital, CRM and Marketing Operations with a shared focus on commercial impact and sustainable growth.

Your Role
As Senior Marketing Manager, you'll lead go-to-market strategy across Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, Court of Protection, Public Law & Human Rights - some of the firm's largest acquisition-led business areas. You'll be responsible for helping drive sustainable growth through effective demand generation, audience engagement and commercial marketing performance.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Strategy & Go-to-Market, you'll lead strategic marketing activity across these areas, working closely with senior leaders and Business Development teams to help shape growth strategies and ensure marketing investment delivers measurable impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading marketing strategy and planning across the cluster.
- Developing demand generation and acquisition strategies.
- Creating go-to-market plans and campaign priorities.
- Defining investment and resource allocation recommendations.
- Partnering with Business Development teams to drive commercial outcomes.
- Leading and developing GTM team members.
- Using insight and performance data to inform strategy.
- Driving stakeholder engagement and marketing effectiveness.
- Championing evidence-based decision making.
- Ensuring marketing activity supports sustainable business growth.
Essential
- Experience developing strategic marketing plans that support growth objectives.
- Strategic B2C Marketing experience
- Proven success in go-to-market strategy development.
- Strong demand generation and acquisition marketing experience.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to lead integrated marketing programmes.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing disciplines.
- Experience using marketing performance data to inform decisions.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex and evolving environment.
Desirable
- Experience within professional services or other regulated sectors.
- Experience supporting transformation and organisational change.
- Knowledge of legal services or consumer acquisition marketing.
