About SIAS CORP
SIAS CORP is an international group developing and operating businesses, technology platforms and strategic initiatives across multiple industries and jurisdictions.
Our focus is on building capabilities that address complex commercial and institutional problems and create measurable value for organisations and decision-makers.
StratSim™ is SIAS CORP's strategic decision-intelligence platform, developed for consequential decisions where conventional financial, operational and strategic analysis may not capture the full picture.
Major decisions are rarely determined by data alone. Their outcomes can depend on how executives, boards, regulators, competitors, counterparties, investors, employees and other stakeholders respond — and how those responses interact over time.
StratSim™ examines these dynamics through multiple strategic and decision-maker perspectives to identify potential conflicts, vulnerabilities, second-order consequences and opportunities before significant capital, commercial or strategic commitments are made.
The resulting intelligence is scrutinised and validated by our team before being delivered to the client.
Technology-led. Human-validated. Decision-focused.
The Opportunity: Senior Strategic Partner — Decision Intelligence
- Remote
- International
- Independent Contract
- Performance-Based
SIAS CORP is expanding the international commercial team behind StratSim™ and is seeking a select number of senior strategy professionals with established relationships at board, C-suite and institutional level.
This is not a conventional consulting position, salaried employment role or high-volume sales mandate.
We are looking for experienced professionals who understand how major organisations make consequential decisions and who can recognise where strategic decision intelligence can create material value.
The mandate centres on strategic origination, senior-level engagement and relationship development.
Strategic Partners will identify relevant organisations and decision situations, establish and develop relationships with senior decision-makers, position StratSim™ within appropriate strategic contexts, and work alongside the SIAS CORP team to convert qualified opportunities into substantive client engagements.
We are interested in quality of opportunity rather than volume of activity.
Who We Are Looking For
We would particularly welcome discussions with current or former:
- Partners and Principals from leading strategy and management consultancies
- Chief Strategy Officers and Group Strategy Directors
- Corporate Development and M&A executives
- Transformation and restructuring leaders
- Private Equity Operating Partners and senior investment professionals
- Senior executives with established corporate or institutional networks
- Independent strategic advisers with established C-suite relationships
- Professionals with significant experience advising boards, investors, governments or major institutions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Mandate
Strategic Partners will be expected to:
- Identify organisations facing significant strategic, investment, commercial or institutional decisions where StratSim™ may create material value.

- Help establish long-term strategic relationships rather than pursue transactional, high-volume sales.
Strategic Partners are not expected to build or operate the underlying technology.
Their value lies in strategic judgement, market understanding, credibility, relationships and the ability to recognise and originate significant opportunities.
Commercial Structure
This is an independent, performance-based strategic partnership.
There is no fixed salary.

Selection Process
Our selection process is designed to allow both SIAS CORP and shortlisted candidates to evaluate the practical relevance of StratSim™.
Candidates reaching the final stage may be invited to provide a concluded strategic case from their own professional experience.
The case should involve a decision or strategic problem where the candidate already knows what subsequently occurred.
StratSim™ can then examine the decision based on the information that would reasonably have been available at the relevant point in time.
The resulting analysis provides the candidate with an opportunity to assess the platform against a real situation they understand — including whether it identifies the eventual outcome, identifies material factors that proved important, or surfaces considerations that may have improved the original decision.
Appropriate confidentiality arrangements will apply to information shared during the process.
Geographic Scope
This is an international search.
We are particularly interested in senior professionals with established networks across:
- United Kingdom
- Europe
- GCC
- North America
- Asia-Pacific
The position is remote and is intended to operate alongside our wider international activities.
About StratSim™
StratSim™ supports organisations examining complex strategic decisions where outcomes may depend on the interaction of multiple stakeholders, incentives, constraints and competing interests.
Rather than treating a major decision solely as a financial model or static forecast, StratSim™ examines how the wider decision environment may evolve and where vulnerabilities, opportunities and unintended consequences may emerge.
