About the Role
As Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, you’ll develop high-value commercial partnerships between our enterprise clients and leading consumer brands. You’ll lead the end-to-end partnership process, from identifying and developing opportunities through to negotiating commercial terms, shaping partnership propositions, and managing campaign delivery. Working closely with clients, brand partners, and internal teams, you’ll bring innovative partnership ideas to life across a range of channels and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and secure compelling brand offers, exclusive benefits, and experiential opportunities across a range of consumer categories.
- Lead commercial negotiations across all parties, agreeing partnership terms, budgets, product or value exchange, customer benefits, media exposure, and other elements required to bring the partnership to life.
- Create and manage end-to-end partnership campaigns, coordinating activity from initial concept and negotiation through to planning, launch, delivery, and post-campaign optimisation.
- Own client partnership budgets and ensure investment is strategically allocated, commercially negotiated, and managed effectively throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Work cross-functionally with clients, brand partners, and internal teams to coordinate a broad mix of campaign activity and placements, which may include customer rewards, product gifting, out-of-home, digital, social, and other marketing channels.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across multiple workstreams, ensuring partnership commitments are met, campaigns are delivered to a high standard, and all parties receive clear value from the collaboration.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
