Senior Strategist
Location: London (requires some international travel)
Salary: £65k to £75k DOE
Hybrid: Min 3 days pw in the office
Permanent: Full time
We're looking for a commercially minded, creatively curious person with a genuine interest in modern culture, an entrepreneurial outlook and the confidence to present ideas to senior decision-makers. You'll bring a proven consulting background in growth strategy, brand or innovation (rather than marketing, content or operations), with experience such as developing new growth strategies, defining value propositions, launching or revitalising products and services, building or evolving brands, and solving complex business problems, ideally across more than one sector. Most importantly, you can point to work that delivered measurable commercial results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape growth and brand strategies for clients across a broad mix of sectors, from spotting untapped opportunities and defining new propositions or business models, to reviving established brands, launching new ones and challenging category norms.
- Contribute across the full project lifecycle, from framing the problem or opportunity through to ideation, solution development and delivery.
- Form hypotheses, analyse data and draw out insights that turn into clear, practical recommendations.
- Plan and run a range of research, including ethnographic and bespoke methods, alongside trend scanning, competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
- Design and lead client workshops, building the materials and assets to support them.
- Produce polished deliverables and present findings to clients.
- Bring concepts to life through prototypes, using both traditional methods and AI tools.
- Help shape project approaches, methods and plans.
- Support senior leaders in building strong, trusted client relationships by delivering work that moves their business forward.
- Contribute to new business efforts, including thought leadership, pitch materials and presenting in pitches.
- Coach and develop junior colleagues.

Skills:
Essential
- At least 6 years' consulting experience at a well-regarded firm, working within multidisciplinary teams and delivering engagements for global brands and innovative businesses.
- Experience across multiple sectors, such as consumer goods, food and drink, fashion, financial services, healthcare, automotive and luxury.
- Confidence working with and presenting to senior stakeholders in large or international organisations.
- Deep expertise in brand and growth strategy, particularly value proposition development, consumer insight and innovation.
- A sharp, creative problem solver who enjoys variety and new challenges.
- A hands-on approach, contributing directly to ideas and producing outputs such as presentations, assets, prototypes and other consulting materials.
- A collaborative style, with experience of agile working and modern tools such as Slack and Miro.
- Curiosity about AI tools and practical experience applying them in your work, balanced with a healthy dose of critical thinking.
- A track record of sharing your own perspectives through writing, podcasts or similar, and an active presence at industry events.
- A degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
- Right to work in the UK.

Desirable
- An MBA.
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma, and a good eye for visual design.
- Familiarity with AI agents, ideally including running your own AI setup.
- Experience speaking at conferences, meet-ups or industry events.
- Entrepreneurial experience, past or present.
The top end of the salary bracket is reserved for candidates with deep brand and growth strategy expertise and a track record of delivering commercial impact for global clients.
