This is a Senior Strategist role at an award-winning, B Corp-certified brand consultancy, known for creating clear, defendable positioning for some of the world's most recognised brands, from FTSE 250 businesses to global sporting institutions and household charity names.
The team brings brand strategy, design and language together from the outset of every project, and is now evolving beyond traditional brand work into organisational culture and employee engagement - helping businesses embed strategy into how people think, behave and make decisions every day.
The Role
You'll own strategic projects end-to-end: purpose, positioning, architecture, commercial strategy. Then you'll do the harder, rarer part: embedding that thinking inside client organisations through values, behaviours, EVP and employee buy-in. This is not change management; it's the cultural buy-in side of brand, and it currently has no dedicated senior owner beyond the Director of Consulting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll work directly with senior stakeholders across a genuinely wide range: FTSE 250 businesses, PE-backed firms, high-street retail, charities, sporting institutions. On smaller projects you'll run things autonomously; on larger ones you'll work under the Director of Consulting, and you’ll sit alongside a Strategy Director.
The team is 23 people across strategy, design, writing and client partnerships, integrated from day one of every project. Within 12-24 months, there's a real possibility of leading the people and culture arm outright.

The Person
You're a Brand Strategist around 5 to 7 years in, grounded in positioning, purpose, architecture and commercial propositions. You've naturally drifted toward culture-adjacent work - values, behaviours, engagement - and want that to become the point rather than the side.

Brand strategy is the foundation; culture experience is a strong bonus. You likely come from a brand, innovation or growth consultancy with a commercial mindset, and you want your thinking recognised and your voice developed, not absorbed into someone else's deck.
