Known for delivering category-defining work for some of the most iconic brands in the world from tech, gaming and entertainment, luxury travel and lifestyle, this is an integrated creative studio.
They're all about world-class, culturally-immersed creative, spanning brand strategy, motion, VFX and immersive experience; this is a rare opportunity to join a genuine powerhouse at a pivotal moment of expansion.
The Role
You'd own brand strategy end to end: positioning, architecture, naming, and the narrative that holds them together. This is the substance of the work, not discrete tasks handed down from elsewhere. Briefs are project-by-project across luxury real estate, travel and hospitality, gaming and B2B, with live work spanning US and Middle East markets.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The team is small, lean, and deliberately flat - no room for narrow specialists, no heavy process to work around. You'd report to a Head of Strategy, who is actively shaping how this function operates. Because the structure is being built now, your influence extends beyond individual briefs to the way the team works.
