Opportunity
We are looking for a talented Senior Strategist with a passion for solving complex challenges and conveying ideas through engaging writing. You will be responsible for contributing to a team focused on brand, marketing and communications, innovation, experience and culture initiatives. You will work across diverse categories on challenging projects that require deep thinking, insights development, creative solutions, and copywriting.
This is a hybrid position and will require in-office time. We are looking for someone who can work out of our Irvine or San Diego office on a weekly basis.
What You Will Do
- Contribute to building brands from the ground up, refreshing existing brands, and bringing them to life through marketing and communications, web, digital products, people & culture, and experiences.
- Dig and research to fuel our thinking including heavy desk research, field research, interviewing, and other forms of consumer research.
- Develop insights and write briefs for client and internal teams.
- Develop content for proposals, meetings, workshops, and final project output.
- Write brand narratives, brand platforms, brand messaging, and brand copy, for multiple channels.
- Contribute to original perspectives to support client work and agency thought-leadership.
- Create and participate in collaborative idea generation workshops with clients.
- Produce a stellar work product to the Envoy standard on-time, every time.
- Contribute to the Strategy team and broader agency.
- Track your time on projects and assorted other operational expectations.
- Represent Envoy and its values with professionalism, respect and contagious enthusiasm.

What We Offer
The total compensation for this full-time position (including base salary and benefits) is between $120,000 and $130,000. Please note that this range is a guide, not a guarantee, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, work location, and the evolving needs of the business.

Our Hiring Process
We aim for an ideal time-to-hire of 35 days and are committed to making the interview process efficient, engaging, and enjoyable for every candidate.
We’re aiming for a target start date of September 8th, 2026, although this may shift slightly depending on factors such as applicant volume, process speed, and onboarding preparation. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
