Senior Strategist
Global influencer marketing agency
Up to £75,000 salary
Our client is a fast-growing global influencer marketing agency that helps some of the world’s leading brands connect with their audiences through creators, platforms and culture.
They are looking for a Senior Strategist to independently lead strategic workstreams from initial brief through to final recommendation. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that will see you uncover meaningful cultural and behavioural insights and translate them into clear creator, content and platform strategies.
What the Senior Strategist will be doing:
- Lead the strategy: Independently manage strategic workstreams across client briefs, campaigns and new-business opportunities.
- Find the real challenge: Interrogate briefs to identify the underlying business, audience or behavioural problem.
- Turn insight into opportunity: Use audience, cultural, category, competitor and performance intelligence to develop distinctive strategic recommendations.
- Shape creator strategy: Define the role creators should play, including the right communities, cohorts, tiers and content approaches.
- Build compelling narratives: Connect the challenge, insight, creator role and creative direction into a clear and persuasive strategic story.
- Partner with clients: Present and defend recommendations confidently while acting as a trusted strategic partner.
- Contribute to growth – Play a key role across pitches, RFPs and longer-term client proposals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
