Senior Strategist – People Powered Health

About the Role

As a Senior Strategist, you will lead our vision of digital-first, data-driven, and highly creative work while maintaining an audience-first mindset. Your responsibilities will span:

  • Project work with existing and potential clients
  • New business pitches
  • Workshop facilitation
  • Contributing to agency culture

You will guide clients through change journeys, shaping test-and-learn pilots, gathering data and insights, running workshops, and building growth, brand, and creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Account Leadership

  • Lead the brand planning process with a deep understanding of brand challenges and market conditions
  • Analyse the customer funnel and journey, identifying points of friction, leakage points, and growth opportunities
  • Translate commercial objectives into clear marketing objectives
  • Lead the positioning process for the launch of major global brands

Creative & Innovation Strategy

  • Develop groundbreaking creative strategies with the potential to change industry categories and win awards
  • Craft creative briefs and deliver inspiring briefings for our creative team
  • Create innovative PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned) ideas with high creative impact and measurable ROI
  • Own and lead the strategic direction for new business pitches

Research & Insights

  • Conduct audience interviews and surveys to extract deep insights
  • Strengthen scientific narratives, messaging, and positioning
  • Contribute to brand and campaign measurement frameworks

Collaboration & Workshops

  • Design and lead workshops while moderating large cross-functional meetings (both in-person, online, and hybrid)

Requirements

Core Skills & Experience

  • Proven expertise as a strategist, skilled in unpacking complex business challenges, deriving insights, and shaping results-driven plans
  • Healthcare experience preferred, though strong transferable skills from other sectors (with genuine enthusiasm for the industry) are welcome
  • Exceptional communicator, capable of presenting ideas clearly and concisely—both verbally and in writing
  • Data literacy and AI-fluency: Understanding where AI enhances strategy while ensuring human-driven decision-making
  • Ability to review, analyse, and synthesise large datasets (e.g., client business plans, audience intelligence)
  • Highly effective presents, delivering elegant, simple, and persuasive strategic plans
  • Comfortable leading high-impact workshops and fostering collaborative decision-making
