What you'll be doing
- Lead strategic planning on assigned accounts, creating clear direction that helps deliver impactful creative work.
- Define objectives, success measures, and effectiveness frameworks that support strong business and campaign outcomes.
- Contribute to long-term strategic thinking across larger client relationships, partnering closely with senior strategy leaders.
- Develop insightful creative briefs that inspire teams and unlock powerful ideas.
- Analyse research, audience understanding, cultural trends, and market dynamics to uncover meaningful opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, helping them navigate business challenges and identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate with creative, account, and media teams to ensure strategic thinking remains consistent throughout execution.

Skills we're looking for
- Experience in a Strategist or Senior Strategist role within a creative, advertising, communications, or related environment.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear recommendations.
- Confidence in developing and presenting strategic viewpoints to clients and colleagues.
- Experience creating creative briefs, strategic frameworks, and project roadmaps.
- Curiosity about people, culture, brands, and the factors that influence behaviour.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across disciplines.
- A passion for delivering work that creates measurable results while making a meaningful impact.
