Job Title: Senior Strategy Analyst – Network & Growth

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Head office Dunstable LU5

Hybrid working: 3 days a week in the office

At Whitbread, we're home to the UK's number one Budget hotel brand, with a network of around 85,000 Premier Inn and hub bedrooms across the UK. As we continue to evolve and grow, we're looking for a strategic, commercially minded analyst to shape where we invest next.

This is a high-impact role at the heart of Whitbread's growth strategy, responsible for developing and maintaining the UK Location Strategy and Network Plan. You'll turn complex market, demand, competitor and performance data into clear, investment-ready recommendations that influence millions of pounds of capital investment decisions and determine where Premier Inn grows in the future.

Working closely with Property, Finance, Strategy and Insight teams, you'll help answer some of Whitbread's most important questions: Where should we grow? Which locations and formats offer the greatest opportunity? How do we maximise returns from our existing and future estate?

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
