About the Role

EnterpriseAlumni provides alumni engagement and community-building solutions and services to large, blue-chip organisations, including major financial institutions and global brands. We are growing our management consulting function within the business, reporting directly to our Chief Customer Officer, to work at a strategic level with our largest and most complex customers.

The core of our business is software as a service, and we are fundamentally a technology company focused on the corporate alumni ecosystem.

This role sits above day-to-day platform delivery and services, focused on high-value, evolving engagements with senior customer stakeholders. We are expanding our consultative arm to strategically support customers who want to benefit from our market-leading experience and expertise, whether they are currently using our software, launching an alumni program from scratch, or seeking to take their current approach to new heights. The successful candidate will have a chance to help shape the function and grow their career, while delivering within a critical business line.

The strategy analyst will work directly with senior executives and leaders on the customer side in well-known brands, particularly those in the professional services and financial services sectors - think CMO, Global Heads, and equivalent. This is high-value, high-visibility corporate work. While the nature of the deliverables will continue to evolve as the function grows, the work will consistently demand polish, resilience, and the ability to hold your own in a room with senior corporate leadership as well as our CEO, CCO, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own strategic, high-value engagements with a portfolio of large enterprise customers, building relationships and rapport with senior stakeholders up to C-Suite level.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, consistently going beyond the letter of statements of work to support and shape how customers think about their global corporate alumni engagement, change leadership, change management and impact on their business.
  • Represent EnterpriseAlumni professionally and credibly in front of senior corporate leadership, both remotely and in person.
  • Design and deliver bespoke strategies, including planning and deliverables tailored to individual customer needs, recognising that the scope of this work will continue to evolve.
  • Travel to customer sites and events as required, with potentially short international stays.
  • Work to fixed, non-negotiable deadlines driven by customer commitments, campaigns, and corporate calendars.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Sales colleagues to ensure a joined-up customer experience, while maintaining a distinct, strategic remit.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
