Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000–£65,000 + Bonus

We're seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our clients Digital Strategy & AI practice. You'll lead strategic consulting projects for healthcare and life sciences organisations, using AI-enabled approaches to solve complex business challenges.
This role combines client leadership, project delivery, AI-enabled consulting, and team mentoring. It's ideal for someone with consulting or life sciences experience who enjoys combining strategic thinking with emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client relationships and manage projects from scope to delivery.
- Translate business challenges into clear strategic solutions.
- Use Generative AI to support research, analysis, and content development.
- Critically review AI outputs to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Deliver multiple projects, managing timelines, resources, and risks.
- Configure and oversee AI-enabled workflows and digital solutions.
- Mentor Consultants and Analysts, fostering collaboration and development.
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support proposals.
- Work closely with strategy, data, and technology teams.
- Contribute to thought leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (MBA or MSc desirable).
- 4–6 years' experience in consulting, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Experience leading workstreams or client engagements.
- Strong understanding of healthcare, life sciences, or digital health.
- Confident using Generative AI tools in day-to-day work.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing client relationships and commercial discussions.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
