To help us do that, we're hiring a Senior Strategy & Corporate Development Manager to join our team.
About the Role
In this highly visible role, you'll have the opportunity to work with the Head of Corporate Development, Chief Strategy Officer and other senior leaders from across the business to tackle some of Rightmove's most important strategic questions.
In this role, you'll lead and deliver high-impact strategic initiatives such as shaping Rightmove’s company-wide strategy, identifying areas for new growth and pursuing partnerships, investments, and M&A opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence senior business decisions and contribute directly to our strategic direction:
- Strategic projects: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the most important strategic projects from initial problem framing through to final presentation and recommendation.
- Strategy planning: Support the creation, development and refinement of the company's long-term strategic plan and annual strategic roadmap in partnership with Head of Corporate Development and Chief Strategy Officer.
- M&A and partnerships: Lead strategic, commercial and financial analysis for M&A, partnership, and investment opportunities (incl. strategic fit, commercial due diligence, valuation) and support transaction execution and integration.
- Strategic advisor and insights: Develop deep expertise in the prop-tech landscape through market research and building relationships with the external community (industry experts, PropTechs, VCs and Investment Banks)

What You'll Have
- 4-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or similar fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to deliver insightful recommendations and undertake sound strategic analysis using hypothesis-based problem solving
- Excellent analytical capability with the ability to undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis (including data analysis and financial modelling)
- Strong communicator with executive presence and interpersonal skills to credibly engage with a variety of senior stakeholders
- Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable in a lean, high-impact team: equally comfortable presenting to senior leaders and executing core analytical and presentation deliverables.
