This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping Heathrow's future
by driving both the development and delivery of the airport's strategic ambitions. As part of a forward-thinking Strategy team, you'll work across a broad agenda, from exploring innovative technologies and future opportunities to defining and delivering the strategic initiatives that will shape Heathrow's long-term success.
Role Overview
As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will lead complex, high-profile projects from end to end. This includes framing strategic questions, analysing data and insights, developing and evaluating options, and presenting clear recommendations to senior stakeholders to build alignment and support.
You'll bring a highly analytical and structured approach to problem solving, coupled with the ability to navigate ambiguity and turn complex challenges into actionable strategies. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will build strong relationships, influence decision-making, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

Desired Skills and Experience
We're looking for someone who combines strong strategic and technical capability with exceptional interpersonal skills. An engaging storyteller, comfortable with ambiguity, you'll be able to bring complex ideas to life and influence at all levels of the organisation. Energy, curiosity, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across a diverse stakeholder landscape are essential.

Working Location
Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
