Company Description

About Entain

There's nothing like a career at Entain. We're a leading, global sports betting and gaming company and we're upping the excitement and increasing player safety. We're a FTSE company with iconic brands including Ladbrokes, Coral, BetMGM, Eurobet and bwin, and we have an energy that drives us to perform at the height of our potential. Whether you're an engineer, marketer or retail specialist, a career here is a complete game changer.

Job Description

This is a hybrid role. As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for helping shape and execute the strategic agenda across Entain's Americas and Southern Europe markets. Acting as the link between strategy and execution, you'll work closely with regional leadership teams to identify growth opportunities, support investment decisions, and drive initiatives that improve financial performance across a diverse portfolio of markets and brands.

Reporting to the Director of Strategy, you will be part of the Americas & Southern Europe Strategy Team, partnering with leadership teams across markets including Canada, Brazil, Italy, Spain and Portugal. You'll lead high-impact strategic planning projects, develop commercial and growth strategies, support transformation initiatives, and collaborate with teams across Digital, Product & Technology, Operations, Marketing and Sales to turn strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced strategy professional to move beyond advisory work and directly influence the growth and performance of a global leader in sports betting and gaming. You'll gain significant exposure to executive stakeholders, work on complex commercial challenges across multiple markets, and see your recommendations translate into real business impact. If you have a background in top-tier strategy consulting and are looking to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment, could this be your next career move?

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You Will:

  • Own and deliver high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning the business — commercial, operational, and organisational — from growth plays to efficiency improvements
  • Act as the strategic bridge between central Strategy / Product team and commercial and functional stakeholders (CRM, content, media, marketing, regional teams, operations), ensuring alignment on priorities and execution
  • Build structured frameworks to evaluate, prioritise, and track initiatives, while staying adaptable in a fast-moving business
  • Synthesise complex performance data, market trends, competitive intelligence, and initiative progress into clear narratives for senior leadership
  • Use data-driven analysis to identify commercial opportunities, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making
  • Drive alignment across senior stakeholders who may have competing priorities, navigating ambiguity with confidence
  • Support the development and refinement of the broader commercial strategy, translating long-term objectives into actionable plans

Qualifications

You Have:

  • Demonstrable experience at a top-tier management consulting firm at Manager level or equivalent
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with commercial data, building models, and deriving actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management, able to influence and align senior leaders across different functions
  • Clear, compelling communicator who can distil complexity into simple narratives, both written and verbal
  • Thrives in ambiguity, comfortable operating without a playbook and creating structure where none exists
  • Experience in digital, e-commerce, or consumer-facing industries is a strong plus but not required
  • Genuine interest in sports betting, gaming, or consumer technology
