Senior Strategy & Operations Manager - Zapp+
Location: Nine Elms, London - Full-time
We are looking for a highly driven and passionate Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to manage the Zapp+ loyalty subscription program. The Zapp+ subscription has scaled extremely fast since launch less than a year back and we are now looking for a high calibre senior individual contributor to take it to the next level - 10x the current scale. You will be at the heart of a key growth vector for the business.
You will report into the Director, Strategy & Business Operations and will take ownership of the overall Zapp+ subscription program design, performance and operating rhythm. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior, lifecycle management and platform economics. It is well suited for someone from a consumer strategy or marketing background looking to transition into a program or general management role.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall design and performance of the Zapp+ subscription program.
- Review current program mechanics and performance and propose the next evolution of the program to scale 10x.
- Develop a long term financial model to sustainably scale the program.
- Build a partnership strategy to unlock greater scale with favorable economics.
- Analyse member behavior and overall subscription health weekly using leading indicators like frequency, experience and savings rate.
- Build business case for Zapp+ feature and capability prioritisation within the Product roadmap.
- Partner with the internal CRM team to continuously optimise Zapp+ lifecycle interventions.
- Manage the internal weekly business reviews for Zapp+ with the Director, Strategy & Business Operations.
- Become the internal champion for Zapp+ and voice of the members.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in a high standards, fast paced and outcome oriented environment.
- Understanding of platform economics and underlying drivers.
- Strong evidence of consumer acumen and business judgement.
- High levels of analytical rigour, first principles thinking and intellectual honesty.
- Ability to think in systems and see the bigger picture.
- Effective communication, relationship building and partnership skills.
- Bias for action and a willingness to get to the bottom of things.
- Track record of challenging the status quo and not settling.
- Previous experience of working with subscription or loyalty programs is a plus, but not required.
