This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative role across two organisations.

The post is a joint role across Stockport NHS Foundation Trust and Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.

We are looking for a dynamic, highly capable individual with excellent strategic planning, partnership working, and programme management skills to become part of the Strategy & Partnerships team.

The role is pivotal to supporting the development and delivery of the Trust’s strategic ambitions and annual objectives.

The ability to build and maintain credibility and excellent relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders is paramount.

Their Main Duties Of The Role Are To

  • Provide leadership and coordination of the annual operational planning processes
  • Support clinical divisions and corporate services in developing their operational business plans (via the agreed processes and planning framework).
  • Lead the programme of activities related to partnerships and clinical collaboration between SFT & TGICFT, including any other external partnerships.
  • Support the development of the Trust strategy including key enabling strategies.
  • Ensure a robust framework is in place for the development, review, and approval of business cases including post-implementation review.
  • Lead the development of priority business cases and tender bids.
  • Support the delivery of the Trusts’ capital programme.
