Senior Structural Engineer
Location: Flexible - Field Based

Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical authority on structural compliance, staying ahead of industry developments.
- Support the delivery of structural engineering services across a wide range of complex building types.
- Work closely with the HSE/BSR on Higher Risk Buildings under our framework agreements.
- Provide expert advice to commercial clients on structural design and UK Building Regulations.
- Review structural assessments, drawings, and calculations to ensure compliance.
- Build strong relationships with major design consultants, project stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate project and inspection records.
- Contribute to internal and external training, sharing your expertise with others.
- Support Associate Directors and Managing Engineers in delivering high-quality technical outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree (or equivalent) in Structural Engineering, ideally working towards Chartered status.
- Strong technical judgement and the ability to work independently.
- A growth mindset—someone who wants to stretch their capability and take on increasingly complex work.
- Confidence in supporting and developing others.
- A strategic thinker who can balance detail with broader project objectives.
- Solid understanding of commercial Building Control and structural safety.
