An established and highly regarded consulting engineering practice is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join its team in St Albans.

The Role
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you'll play a key role in the delivery of structural engineering projects from concept through to completion.

- Lead structural engineering projects and provide technical direction
- Work across a varied portfolio of mixed-use developments
- Produce and review structural designs, calculations, and technical reports
- Work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and other consultants
- Mentor and support more junior members of the team
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the structural engineering team
- Take increasing responsibility as your career develops
What We're Looking For
The ideal Senior Structural Engineer will have strong consultancy experience and a proven track record of delivering structural engineering solutions across building projects.
You'll be technically confident, commercially aware, and comfortable taking ownership of your work. Just as importantly, you'll enjoy working collaboratively and want to be part of a consultancy where there is room to develop.
