The Role

As a Senior or Associate Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously, predominantly within the residential sector while supporting a broad range of other project types.

You will utilise your strong technical background to undertake engineering design, inspections, reporting, and technical assessments while maintaining close relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

We Are Looking For A Senior - Associate Structural Engineer Who:

  • Manage structural engineering projects from inception through to completion
  • Produce technical reports, inspections, and structural assessments
  • Deliver engineering solutions across a variety of structural materials
  • Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and project teams
  • Attend site visits and project meetings

As The Successful Senior - Associate Structural Engineer, You Will:

  • Proven experience as a Structural Engineer at Senior or Associate level
  • Strong technical engineering background across a broad range of project types
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to produce reports, inspections, and technical assessments
  • Chartered status or working towards chartership through either ICE or IStructE routes

Package

  • £65,000 - £75,000
  • 25 days annual leave plus Christmas and New Year shutdown
  • Company performance-related Christmas bonus
  • Employer pension contribution, matched by employee contributions
