Senior Student Advisor

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Senior Student Advisor to support the delivery and development of our Advice Service. Working closely with students, Student Advisors, colleagues, and external partners, you will provide high-quality advice and guidance on a range of academic, accommodation, and wellbeing matters.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of providing advice or guidance, leading staff or volunteers, and supporting individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. They will be an excellent communicator, highly organised, and committed to delivering an outstanding student-focused service.

As part of the role, you will:

  • Supervise and develop a team of Student Advisors
  • Contribute to projects that enhance student support
  • Work collaboratively with other departments
  • Help ensure students have access to accurate information, effective signposting, and appropriate support when they need it most
