The Impact You Will Make

The Senior Student Engagement Coordinator (Enrolment) supports prospective students on their journey to higher education. This role is responsible for managing applications, reviewing documentation, processing offers, and ensuring all admissions and enrolment tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently.

Working closely with partner universities, you will act as the main point of contact for application-related queries, liaise with external stakeholders to support admissions decisions, and maintain up-to-date and accurate data within internal and partner systems.

This is a remote position that requires candidates to currently reside in the United Kingdom.

How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life

What You Will Do

  • Represent our partner universities with professionalism, acting as an extension of their admissions and engagement teams.
  • Process applications — review applicant documentation, evaluate qualifications and English language levels, and ensure compliance with partner rubrics and admissions criteria.
  • Collaborate with university partners to make or facilitate admissions decisions and communicate outcomes.
  • Conduct quality checks on all applications and offers to ensure data accuracy and adherence to processes.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and partner systems, ensuring timely updates and visibility for the wider Engagement Team.
  • Monitor and report on application pipelines to track progress toward enrolment targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support engagement activities prior to intake, ensuring students remain informed and engaged up to course start.
  • Respond promptly to student and partner communications via email and other channels.
  • Analyse student data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process optimisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
