Senior Study Abroad Officer
Location: Brunel University of London, Uxbridge Campus
Salary: Grade 7 from £41,292 to £48,557 inclusive of London Weighting, with potential to progress to £52,761 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting, through sustained exceptional contribution.
Hours: Full-time
Contract Type: Permanent
We are seeking an organised, proactive and internationally minded Senior Study Abroad Officer to join our Global Engagement Office (GEO). This role will support the implementation of Brunel University London’s International Strategy and Study Abroad Strategy by working with colleagues in the Global Engagement Office (GEO) and academics across the University to develop and maintain Brunel’s Study Abroad programmes and diverse international partnership portfolio.
As the Senior Study Abroad Officer, you will have extensive experience in partnership development and student recruitment to Study Abroad and Student Mobility programmes, a track record of meeting project targets and timelines, and a flexible and innovative approach to business development.

The successful candidate will be an organised and proactive professional with substantial experience in the Study Abroad world. You will possess excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes to agreed deadlines. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are essential, alongside experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders from different cultures and backgrounds.
The role requires a high level of attention to detail, confidence in managing data and producing reports, and a flexible, collaborative and diplomatic approach.
