Senior Stylist
Stephanie Lebby Hair is a modern, luxury hair salon built around healthy hair, an elevated client experience, and overall soul-care.
We’re looking for a talented Senior Stylist to join our growing team — someone confident in their craft, passionate about hair, and excited to grow within a creative, ambitious salon environment.
The Role
You’ll deliver high-quality services across styling, treatments, extensions such as sew-ins, tape-ins, and more. All whilst building genuine relationships with your clients and representing the Stephanie Lebby Hair standard.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll also support and inspire junior stylists and contribute to the continued growth of the salon.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience in styling, installing, and cutting hair
- Is confident working with a range of hair types and textures
- Provides excellent consultations and client care
- Is professional, reliable, and organised
- Loves learning, developing, and staying current with hair trends
- Enjoys being part of a supportive and creative team
- Holds relevant hairdressing qualifications level 2 NVQ
- Is available to work full-time, including weekends
