Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll take the seasonal styling direction set by the Brand Director & Style Editor and translate it into fully realised looks on set, protecting the creative standard on everything from a campaign hero image through to the smallest detail, and help to direct freelance stylists and assistants on shoots.

You’ll be responsible for:

Translating the Styling Direction:

  • Work closely with the Style Editor to understand the seasonal styling direction and translate it into practical, repeatable styling principles for campaign and creative shoots.
  • Contribute styling concepts and fashion story ideas for seasonal campaigns and lookbooks, in line with brand storytelling and commercial priorities.
  • Help build and maintain style guides for campaign and creative shoots, in line with brand guidelines.
  • Act as Style Guardian for campaign and creative shoot content, ensuring styling stays consistent and on-brand as the season evolves.
  • Collaborate with the Style Editor and Studio team on mood board development for campaigns.

Delivering on Set:

  • Lead on-set styling for campaign and creative shoots, including pre-shoot prep, fittings, run-throughs, and on-set decision-making.
  • Make fast, confident calls on set that protect both the creative standard and the shoot schedule.
  • Style talent in the correct size garments, making any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal fit and visual consistency.
  • Observe and fine-tune garment presentation for each shot, adjusting for lighting, posture, and movement as required.
  • Maintain styling flow and continuity, ensuring outfits are shot in the correct order and in line with shoot plans.
  • Direct freelance stylists and styling assistants supporting campaign shoots.
  • Travel internationally as required to support campaign and creative shoots.

Owning the Process:

  • Oversee the organisation and preparation of samples and accessories for shoots, flagging with the product team and styling team if anything is late or missing.
  • Be aware of the critical path, key deadlines and requirements and manage workload accordingly.
  • Work with production and the Studio team to keep styling running to the critical path, flagging risks early.
  • Communicate any sample-related issues from the shoot to the Photo & Video team for appropriate retouching and follow-up.
  • Manage the process of ensuring that all samples used in shoots are cleaned, and returned to the relevant team.

  • Partner with Merchandising, Buying, and Design teams so campaign styling supports product functionality, sell-through goals, and commercial priorities.
  • Work with Partnerships and Social teams to ensure styling is consistent across campaign-related activations.
  • Feed styling performance data and insight on what's landing back to the Style Editor to inform future styling strategy.
  • Attend product briefing sessions ahead of campaign shoots to ensure styling is communicated in the campaign and e-comm as intended.
  • Stay ahead of fashion trends, cultural moments, and competitor styling to inform campaign styling decisions.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Campaign and creative shoot imagery has an editorial standard that lifts the brand.
  • Shoots run to schedule because samples, prep and styling decks are organised ahead of the day.
  • The Style Editor can hand over a campaign’s direction and trust it will be interpreted properly.
  • Freelance stylists and assistants arrive briefed and delivered to a consistent standard.
  • You spot what isn't good enough before anyone else has to raise it.

You’ll need to have:

  • 5+ years' proven experience in a styling role within campaign, editorial, or creative production, ideally within an activewear, e-commerce, or lifestyle brand.
  • A strong visual eye and genuine editorial sensibility - you know what makes an image feel elevated rather than just correct.
  • Proven experience styling both campaign and e-commerce content, and an understanding of how differently each needs to work.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for shoots.
  • Highly organised, with real command of samples, rails, styling decks and critical path.
  • Confident directing on set under time pressure, and briefing freelance stylists and assistants.
  • Strong commercial instinct, comfortable balancing creative ambition with product and sell-through priorities.
  • Excellent communicator who can hold their ground with stakeholders and explain the thinking behind a styling decision.
