Position: Full-time or Part-time (Flexible hours available)
Pay: £12.71 to £15.00 an hour + Uncapped Commission + Retail Incentives

What You’ll Do
- Deliver bespoke, high-quality cutting, styling, and advanced colouring treatments (balayage, babylights, colour corrections, and vivids).
- Conduct thorough, client-focused consultations to understand individual style, hair health, and home-care needs.
- Prescribe tailored home-care routines and premium retail products to maintain client results between visits.
- Act as a role model and mentor to junior team members and apprentices within the salon.
- Maintain high standards of customer service to drive client retention and rebookings.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Proven track record working as a Senior Stylist/Colourist in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Technical Mastery: Strong expertise in contemporary cutting techniques and modern colour theory (Wella experience is a bonus, but not required).
- Client-Centric Attitude: Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Drive & Passion: A genuine love for the hair industry, trend awareness, and a desire for continuous self-improvement.
