Job Title: Qualified Hairdresser with Managerial Skills
Location: Ooh Hair and Beauty
About Us:
At Ooh Hair and Beauty, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier hairdressing services in a welcoming and professional environment. We’re looking for a talented and experienced hairdresser who also possesses strong managerial skills to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality hairdressing services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and barbering.
- Manage day-to-day salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent client experiences.
- Supervise and support junior staff, providing training and mentorship.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and health and safety protocols.
- Handle client bookings, queries, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow clientele.

Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing
- Proven experience as a hairdresser with a strong portfolio.
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience in a salon setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
