SuccessFactors Business Systems Analyst | £55,000–£65,000 + Benefits

North West | Professional Services | Hybrid

I'm currently working with a leading professional services organisation in the North West who are looking to add a SuccessFactors Business Systems Analyst to their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong SAP SuccessFactors functional experience who enjoys working between HR, the wider business and IT.

The role:

  • Act as the bridge between HR, business stakeholders and IT
  • Gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
  • Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors
  • Support testing, UAT, upgrades and new functionality
  • Work across areas including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, LMS, Recruiting and Compensation
  • Identify opportunities for system and process improvements
  • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions

Experience with SAP CPI / integrations would be a bonus

What we're looking for:

  • Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience
  • Functional configuration experience
  • Strong understanding of HR processes
  • Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management
  • Comfortable working across both the business and technical sides
  • Professional services experience would be advantageous
