Senior SAP SuccessFactors Specialist
Liverpool | Hybrid | Up to £65,000 + benefits
I’m working exclusively on an opportunity with a leading professional services organisation that is looking to strengthen its internal People Systems function with a hands-on Senior SAP SuccessFactors specialist.
This is not a purely functional or project-based role.
They’re looking for someone who genuinely understands how SuccessFactors works under the bonnet, someone comfortable getting into configuration, system administration, troubleshooting and continuous improvement, while also being able to work confidently with business stakeholders and end users.
You’ll sit as the senior technical SuccessFactors SME within the team, working closely with the People Systems Manager and two Talent Systems Analysts.

Beyond EC, experience in one or more of the following would be highly desirable:
- SuccessFactors Recruitment / RCM / RMK – particularly attractive
- LMS
- Performance & Goals / PMGM
- Employee Central Payroll / ECP
- Onboarding
- Reports Centre
- Cloud Identity Services / IAS
- Integration Centre
- BTP / CPI
You don't need experience across the entire SuccessFactors suite. The key is strong Employee Central expertise, combined with genuine hands-on experience in another area of the platform.
The person
They're looking for someone who can:
- Act as the technical SME for SuccessFactors
- Take ownership of the day-to-day SF environment
- Configure and administer the system
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical solutions
- Support system improvements and changes
- Work closely with business stakeholders and end users
- Provide technical guidance to the wider Talent Systems team
- Translate business requirements into practical system solutions
- Become the escalation point for more complex SuccessFactors issues
