Senior Supplier Acquisition Manager, Transfers and Ground Transportation, Remote (Europe)

Are you a proven contracting / purchasing leader with experience acquiring supply in the transfer, chauffeur or ground transportation sector? This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of supply acquisition across a fast-growing global travel technology business operating worldwide.

You'll combine high-level contracting and closing ability with strong commercial and analytical skills, identifying where supply is needed, winning fleet partnerships and ensuring the right vehicles are brought on at the right quality and cost.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end supply acquisition strategy, identifying and securing new fleet and driver partnerships.
  • Lead negotiations with fleet owners and transportation providers, securing the right quality, capacity and commercial terms.
  • Build, manage and develop a team of 3–4 Supply Acquisition Specialists, setting targets, processes and performance standards.
  • Develop scalable acquisition and onboarding processes to bring new fleet partners live quickly and efficiently.
  • Identify priority markets for expansion by analysing demand, supply levels, competitor activity, driver economics, pricing and local market conditions.
  • Monitor acquisition costs, supply levels and quality metrics to ensure sustainable and commercially viable growth.
  • Use data and market insight to identify supply gaps, opportunities and potential risks.
  • Work closely with operations and other teams to ensure new supply meets quality, compliance and service requirements.
  • Support the development of structured agreements and service levels for larger fleet partnerships.
  • Ensure local regulatory and compliance requirements are understood and addressed during market expansion.
  • Continuously improve acquisition strategies, processes and the overall supply proposition.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
